In the process of developing six townhouses at Seaton, I built a good relationship with Eastern Building Group, especially with the supervisor, Andy. It meant that the construction was a lot easier, and progressed in a professional manner. If I had any issues I would ring Andy and he acted upon them quickly. Given the good relationship and the quality of the work, I would use Eastern Building Group again.

Connor Holmes was appointed Project Manager and Superintendent by the ACH Group, to manage the project design and development, planning and delivery of the Menzies Marden Retirement Village. Built by the Eastern Building Group, the $3.5 million village comprises 15 homes and a community centre. The Eastern Building Group delivered a quality project on time and to budget. They were accommodating to the client's needs, contributed to achieving a good design outcome and were always helpful with the resolution of on-site matters. A good relationship evolved between the project manager, client and builder, which made for a very smooth transition from start to finish.

The Eastern Building Group is extremely professional in all aspects of managing projects, from the finest finishes and through to after sales service support. They were entirely reliable with providing fixed-priced quotes, which meant I had no surprises throughout the building process. Following the build, anything that required minor attention was dealt with promptly. Danny as an individual has a high level of honesty and integrity, which is another reason why I would never use another builder. I have recently commissioned them to build my fourth house so you would have to say I am a very happy repeat client.

The Eastern Building Group built our house five years ago and, we were so impressed, we're now using them to build a commercial property for us. We established a great rapport with Danny, who had a good understanding of what we wanted. Sometimes even before we said it, so communication was spot on. He went over our plans and thought things through, pointing out little things (which often you don't notice on plans) that could be done better. For example, something as simple as leaving a wall in brick that had been shown on the plan as render, which has saved us maintenance down the track. The quality we paid for is there, even after five years.
