For this project, our client wanted a modern take on the traditional bungalows seen in the area. As the block is located in a historic zone, the design and build needed to satisfy certain requirements and our team engaged the services of a planner to assist with this.
Our client achieved their dream façade which settles in perfectly with the streetscape and were ecstatic that their design incorporated a double garage.
